Convenient night stay right in the terminal to catch an early morning flight.

We stayed for a few hours before our early morning flight to Thailand and it was ideal, situated in the airport with many shops and places to eat. The hotel room itself was so clean, as well as the bathroom. Very spacious so plenty of room for our luggage! I definitely recommend booking here if you have to catch an early flight.

Can be loud with other guests staying but it didn’t really bother us to be honest.

Convenient location right in the airport

Location is right in the airport. Very convenient for taking flight in KLIA2. Room is cosy. Bed is comfortable. Toilet is shared but no one was using, so I did not have to queue.

Can hear the sounds of airport announcements from the room throughout the night. It's not loud, but can hear.

Convenient location

Super convenient location, just a level down the departure hall. The shower has good pressure

The bed is stiff. There is no iron to iron your clothes. The shower drain is not good since the shower floor was slowly flooding when you are taking a shower. The AC is slow at cooling down the room

Good for a stay at the airport

Serves the purpose. My only peeve is that there was not enough staff a the reception. My flight landed at 2am and all i wanted right then was checking in right away. However there was only one receptionist and some people were waiting to check in as well. Could have any arranged more staff when it is early morning/late night

I change my booking 3 days before the date, it took me a while to go thru 4 to 5 calls in different days. In the end, Aerotel staff manage to change my booking and I really want to say a big thank you for helping me on this sudden postpone on the date. Really appreciate it. Thank you so much!

Travelers beware - you might miss your flight

The fact the staff had zero care factor resulting in a half hour late wake up call at an airport meant it was hard to like anything about this hotel

The staff are the worse I've encountered anywhere. It took them 10 minutes to check us in on a pre-paid booking (there were 2 staff at the counter and we were the only guests checking in). The unforgivable thing is that the wske-up call was 28 minutes late!!! This is an airport transit hotel!! It's only because we set our own alarm after noticing just how slack and carefree the staff attitude was so we didn't trust them and sure enough they let us down. By the way, we confirmed the wake up call time twice to (because we were not confident they were paying attention the first time) and they still got it wrong! I strongly advise that you don't rely on them to wake you. They don't utilize a programmed auto call system and rely on staff ringing you. We had already showered, packed and were half way out the door when they decided to "wake us". Never again

Very convenient, comfortable at Kuala Lumpur Airport

Very convenient, comfortable, modern place to stay at Kuala Lumpur airport. Our 12 hour stay included a meal at their hotel bar, which provided a decent breakfast the next day. The rooms, though small, are quiet, and perfect if you want to basically stay as close "within the airport" as possible. Just be aware that if you come into the International Terminal (KILA 1) you will have to either take a free shuttle bus or pay about .50 cents each to ride the KILA Express Train to KILA 2 / the Gallery (mall) at KILA 2 to get to this hotel, and it is on Level 2M. There are tons of shops and restaurants around this hotel.

Only thing that could have been better is this hotel being located in the actual KILA 1 International terminal, and not having to train between terminals for a fee. Also, they charge a "tourism" tax that isn't included in the Booking.com total, and will have to pay on arrival, and they may try to convince you to pay in "cash" which we did not do. It's only about $2.50 per night, so no big deal, just be aware and stand firm on paying with a card unless you want a trip to the ATM.

very nice place that is convenient for transit travellers

Hotel staff was great. After no help from booking.com, the manager saved me from getting double charged. She was awesome and should be commended. I would think twice about using booking.com in the future as they are not responsive to any issues.

Nice clean and quiet place

Excellent customer service. Clean place. Very quiet and got a good nights sleep.

Being an inner room. Hallways and entrances a little dark, And the fact that it was a strict either 6 hours or 12 hour booking.

Poor phone signal inside the room.. frustrated when travel for work

I like the location inside the klia2 airport.

i cannot make a phone call using my mobile.. the signal was so poor.. at the lobby the signal still strong but going inside the room the signal got poor.. i was so frustrated not getting any message and phone call inside the room especially when i travel for work.. i have to get out of room and ended up spending most of the time outside the room..

This place is near on new. It was comfortable and extremely clean.. it was not as close to my check in gate, but I managed to navigate my way around with Kila and shuttle service.. and also with help from airport staff security... I would recommend staying here for a quick over night close to all the shops and food... breakfast was a little to be desired however
